Hierarch’s Divine Liturgy in Strumica on the feast of the Fifteen Holy Hieromartyrs of Tiberiopolis

Today, on the feast of the Fifteen Holy Hieromartyrs of Tiberiopolis, in the monastery consecrated to these saints in Strumica, Archbishop Stephen of Ohrid and Macedonia celebrated Hierarch’s Divine Liturgy together with his concelebrants, Metropolitan Peter of Prespa and Pelagonia, the diocesan Metropolitan Nahum of Strumica, and the Right Reverend Methodius, the titular Episcope of Velika, along with several priests. At the Liturgy the countless faithful who had arrived for the feast from all the parts of R. Macedonia, partook of the Holy Mysteries of Christ. Among the present at the Liturgy were the mayor of Strumica, Mr. Zoran Zaev, and other representatives of the local authorities, as well as members of the Parliament of the Republic of Macedonia (from Strumica).
“A great boast and might has the city of Tiberiopolis, saints, priests, and Levites: for having denounced idolatrous delusion, they appeared victors over the ungodly ones. Demonic powers these Fifteen cast out and to the faithful health they grant.”
“By fast they mortified their flesh, the word of godliness they confessed, having despised the earthly, Christ they embraced.
O wise passion-bearing Fifteen, you confronted the torturers with godly wisdom and
pour out healing on them who seek your intercession.”
